Rental Procedures

1. Give Michelle or Stacy your email so you can fill out an application on the DOOLOOP App. 
2. Once all tenants have filled out basic information, we'll email you a lease agreement.  
3. Each tenant must sign lease agreement and 
4. The FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT ($350/person in total) must be paid to your DOORLOOP App or to us in person before we will execute the lease. 
5. Once everyone's security deposit's are paid and the lease is signed, the house is yours!
