Lease Procedure
If you are interested in a house, we ask for $350 down to hold the house. We will not show the house for 3 days. We will give you the lease to take with you. If you chose to take the house you can then sign the lease and the $350 will go toward your security deposit. If you decide you do not want the house, we will keep $100 and return $250 to you after you return the lease to us. If you are 100% sure you want the house we can always sign the lease right away. Remember everyone must have their full security deposit of $350/person paid at the time of lease signing.
