Earnest money of $350.00 will be held by the landlord as the undersigned gather the signatures on the lease and addendums and collect security deposits.
The returned lease must have at least two signatures and the FULL SECURITY DEPOSIT must be paid for the lease to be reviewed by the landlord.
By signing this, you the undersign understand that if you change your mind and return the lease undersigned by the above mentioned due date you will forfeit $100.00 of the earnest money will be returned to the receipt of the unexecuted lease and addendums not later than the above-mentioned date.
All refunds will be process within 7 business days of the returned of the unexecuted lease. Earnest money will be returned by check to the prospective tenant.
